The AYL Bluetooth 4.1 Wireless Sport Headphone set contains headphones, USB cable, pouch, user manual and extra set of buds. The earphones are lightweight and easily connect to any bluetooth device. When I used for first time gym I was surprised at how free I felt during workout, no wires hanging around. The sound quality is really good and it makes it easy to multi task with hands while listening to music, I do not need to carry the phone with me as it can pair with devices upto 10 metres away. How cool is that! It is so convenient as I can take my calls with it too and do not need to stop my workout or activity I am performing. I have even used them while running and really love these are sweatproof. Besides gym I also love using them in kitchen enjoying my favorite music while cooking. For the price these really are a steal.
