Review

This is perfect exfoliating set for home use for full body to get glowing and soft skin. I have been using loofah for years but when I heard about benefits of dry brushing my interest was piqued. Dry brushing is extremely beneficial for skin as it helps remove dead skin and impurities. It helps stimulate skin regeneration and blood circulation which helps in maintaining healthy glowing skin. The brush handle is designed in way to provide perfect grip and is long to help exfoliate hard to reach areas like back too. 

The bristles are stiff but not too rough on skin. However when using for first time apply gentle strokes with bush till you get comfortable with dry brushing. For the first week my skin was flushed due to dry brushing but gradually I adjusted to it. Start from lower body to upper body in circular strokes (feet to calves, knees then thighs, butt to abdomen and chest then back and neck). It works great for cellulite area too and I stroke brush for couple of more minutes on butt and back of thigh to tighten and firm skin. 

Cleaning is easy with soap and water and it has thread at end to hand it in shower easily to dry off. After dry brushing take shower to get rid of dead skin and apply body lotion to keep skin hydrated. I have found that after dry brushing my lotion gets absorbed into skin even more quickly. I used it once daily till I adjusted to twice daily but once a day is good enough too.

The set contains travel bag and exfoliating gloves. The loves has bright shiny pink color and are stretchable so fit in hand easily. To use I wet the glove and then exfoliate with my regular shower gel. I use the glove once week.
