Review

I regularly workout in gym lifting weights and doing frequent high intensity interval training I frequently suffer from soreness and muscle aches and pain. Mostly it is back back, shoulders and knee area. I am always on lookout for pain relief cream and an opportunity from Kerah Lane to try their Herbal Heat Therapy Cream was something I looked forward to.

I received 1 bottle 8oz which is great value for money. The bottle has opening at top, press and get the cream out. It has pleasant scent and it fades away after few minutes. This is good as I apply it to work and I do not want to smelling like menthol. The formula is rich and creamy. It is non greasy and gets absorbed quickly into area applied.

I use it on lower back, shoulders and knee area where I frequently get soreness and muscle pain after workout. It is effective and provides immediate relief for medium pain. However for severe pain I do need to take medicine like ibrufane along with applying the cream on the affected area. It provides soothing and dulls the ache.
