I regularly workout in gym lifting weights and doing frequent high intensity interval training I frequently suffer from soreness and muscle aches and pain. Mostly it is back back, shoulders and knee area. I received 1 tube 4oz of OxyRub Pain Relief cream. The tube makes it easy to get the cream out ad I can control how much amount I want to apply. It has citrus scent but not unpleasant and it fades away after few minutes. This is good as I apply it to work and I do not want to smelling like menthol. It is non greasy and gets absorbed  quickly into area applied.

I use it on lower back, shoulders and knee area where I frequently get soreness and muscle pain after workout. It is effective and provides immediate relief for medium pain. However for severe pain I do need to take medicine like ibrufane along with applying the cream on the affected area. It provides soothing and dulls the ache.
