Ponte Vedra Vitamin C 20% Serum

Living in Chicago the extreme weather has started taking a toll on my skin - harsh winters, windy conditions and hot sun. I have a cocktail of skin concerns - fine lines on my forehead, dull skin, sun spots and my skin dries up leaving white patches around mouth area. And I am just 31 already feeling 40+. I have recently started using Hyaluronic Acid serum in my skin care after reading how it helps plump up skin. I was almost going to order new one when I got the opportunity to try Ponte Vedra Vitamin C 20% Serum which also contains Hyaluronic Acid. Well a Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid combo in one? Now I was interested to try and see how it works.

The serum comes in a dark brown glass bottle with a dropper. I received 30 ml bottle, it may look small but you only need a little of the serum so this will last me long time. I like the dropper system as it is easy to control how much serum I want to use. The consistency is decent to be able to drop on fingertips and apply on my skin. I dislike very thin serums as they are difficult to apply and get wasted mostly. It does not have any scent so it is great for people who do not like scented products.

It is absorbed very easily into the skin and does not leave any greasy feeling. I have not had any breakouts using this product which is something I need. You can wear it under makeup easily.

The best thing I liked about the product is that it combines the benefits of Vitamin C and Hyaluronic acid into one. This saves me from the expense of buying two different products and I do use Hyaluronic acid serums to plump my ski

n as it tends to get too dry. It is packed with Jojoba Oil which further help improve my skin texture and makes it soft. It also provides benefit of Witch Hazel which gives skin tightening and firming effect on application and Arginine which helps with collagen production. This is powerful cocktail of some really great ingredients to help firm skin to get rid of fine lines and signs of aging like sun spots. Another great thing about the serum is that Vitamin C is Stay C 50 wich is highly stabilized and protects from oxidation. Lots of vitamin c serums get oxidized easily and I have thrown away quite few bottle.

I have been using this product for 2 weeks and am totally loving it. The fine lines on my forehead are gone, my skin is healthy and glowing, I do not get dry patches around my mouth now. I use it twice daily, day and night in my skin care routine.
