Azteca Gold Bentonite Clay Mask

I have never tried Clay Mask before so trying Azteca Gold Bentonite Clay Mask was a new experience for me. I received 2oz jar which contains the powder for clay mask, it is grey in color. The hard part is mixing the powder with water to get good consistency to apply on face. I have only used pre-mixed face packs so this one took me couple of attempts to get used to it. First tip add powder to water it is easier to mix then.

If you have anything flat use it like wooden stick to mix, if spoon then use back side of spoon to mix. Initially you will get lumps so let clay absorb water , I wait for 5 minutes and then mix it. I add more water depending on kind of consistency I want but I like to make it thick. I let it sit for 15 minutes and then apply all over face using makeup brush.

I don't get thick consistency like shown on photo on amazon but it doable for me. It takes 20 minutes to dry off and once it starts drying I can feel it tightening. I wash it off with water in sink. My skin is clean, smooth and silky after patting dry with towel. It is helpful in acne areas as it dried it completely and stopped the acne from getting bigger. 

It helps with clearing blackheads slightly too. 

I have very dry skin so I apply moisturizer after washing the face mask. I use it over weekends as mixing it bit time consuming and weekdays are bit hectic.
