Spatula are a must in my kitchen and especially non stick ones so I can make my non stick pans last longer. I mostly has wooden spatula till now but it was great for cooking curries but not too much for burgers or flipping over food due to thick edges. Eventually the wooden ones break or start looking dull that I have to replace with new ones. The CuliChef spatula is great product to have and definitely better than wooden ones.The spatula end and handle are made of silicone while the handle in between is stainless steel. The combination looks good in kitchen compared to only silicone spatula.
The end of spatula is flat and wide which makes flipping over food items really easy like pancakes, burgers, salmon, omelette, chicken breasts, making stir fry dishes etc. The wide base is very useful to keep the burger patties, chicken or salmon piece intact otherwise they can break apart. The edge is not too thick so works really great to flip omelettes over. The handle end is covered with silicone so it protects my hands from heat. Silicone is high heat resistant so I can easily cook dishes at high temperature too without worrying about handle over heating and hurting fingers. Good for stir fry types dishes. The length of the handle is good which keeps safe distance from pan. The handle grip is good and it did not slip while cooking which is really important to avoid any mishap in kitchen.
