Absolutely love this cream Cellulite MD, even though it mainly focuses as firming and toning cream and helps reduce the appearance of cellulite I personally have had great success with this cream not just for cellulite but also red bumps on my upper arms which at least now feel soft rather than bumpy.

It has white creamy texture and get absorbed easily into the skin. I apply on the cellulite area on back of my thighs and rub in circular motion till the cream is completely absorbed. I then massage that area with cellulite hand massager for 15 minutes. It has spikes which help increase blood circulation and help the product get absorbed into the skin efficiently.Do this morning and night and after 2 weeks I have seen the skin become smoother and dimples on the back of my thigh are not that prominent.

I did not feel any heat generated and it has slight scent but fades away after few minutes. I use this daily with exercise on targeted area so for me it is squats and lunges and it helps firm up my thigh skin and leaves it looking smooth. The dimples or those lines of extra fat deposit really make wearing shorts tough decision for me. Give this product 3-4 weeks to see visible results.

If you suffer from red bumps on your arms then this cream will help smooth the skin area too. I use loofah to first scrub my arms which helps reduce the appearance of bumps and apply the cream daily after shower. It has drastically improved the texture of my skin on arms, they do not feel rough or bumpy even though there are red bumps. It keeps the skin deeply moisturized.

The price is bit on high end so hope they can provide bigger size bottle in future. The 6 oz tube i received will last around 4-5 weeks. I would recommend to apply only on the area affected and target exercises for those area whether thighs, buts or arms.
