Supplement Facts and Suggested Use

Suggested Use - To assess tolerance, begin by taking 1 capsule on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes breakfast. If desired an additional 1 capsule may be taken 5-6 hours later. Once tolerance has been fully assessed, an additional 1 capsule may be added ONLY to the morning dose. Be sure to cycle off for at least 2 weeks after every 6 weeks of use.

My review on BELDT Force Thermogenic

I am firm believer for exercising and following healthy diet plan to lose and maintain weight. However supplements can help you achieve the goal of fat or weight loss faster if they are right for you. If you do not perform physical activity or high intensity body workout, then this may not be suitable for you. After using BELDT Force Thermogenic for 3 weeks I managed to lose extra fat around my abdomen and hip area and have attained a more leaner body. My energy levels have increased and I do not feel drained out after workout, recovery has been bit faster than normal days. Increased level of energy helped to extend my workout by another 15-20 minutes. I have found my appetite to have been reduced and feel less inclined towards snacking or eating between meals. I however did not see any change in my moods but did see increase in focus which helped get my work done faster during the day. However I stuck with only 1 capsule a day dosage as I felt a bit too pumped up with 2 capsules. One needs to assess their tolerance for such supplements and take accordingly.
