I totally love the Brieftons Food Chopper, it has made my life so much easier. It is very easy to use and makes task of chopping so much easier. I take a lot of time if I have to finely chop onions for some dishes and this is life saver. I use it for chopping onions, tomatoes, veggies, nuts and herbs. It consists of bowl, sharp blades and lid. I place the items to chop in bowl in big pieces like onions, tomtoes or veggies (slice them in 4 big pieces or halves). Secure the lid over the top and then grip the top lid and simply pull the cord outwards using the green holder on side. 

Depending on how finely chopped I adjust how many times I want to pull the cord. For finely chopped I pull the cord 6-8 times and it is super fine or like minced. For larger pieces that I can use in Asian curry dish I pull it 3 or 4 times. When I have guests for dinner I need lot of garlic minced and garlic press would take forever, this chopper made my life easier by getting several cloves minced or finely chopped n under minute. 

Cleaning is easy too I just clean bowl and blade with soap and water. The lid needs to be cleaned with damp cloth with detergent and not to be submerged under water.

The blades are super sharp so one needs to be careful when removing them to get the food or cleaning.

This has helped me save lot of preparation time and that really comes useful during weekdays when I am on time crunch.
