I never thought I might have to worry about stretch marks until I got pregnant and started family. Life was going good partying, enjoying food all junk so I ended up gaining 15 pounds in last year, hubby on the other hand never seems to gain any fat. My cholesterol went almost close to red (borderline to high) so I decided to join gym and reduce some weight.

My hubby is fitness freak so with his guidance and workout and eating balanced I did manage to lose 8 pounds and trying to get back in shape. Initially I lost weight rapidly and that's when I started seeing light red marks on my butt and breast. And later I started seeing silver/white lines on the side of my butt. One of my friends then told me that I was getting stretch marks due to weight gain and now the rapid weight loss. 

I did some research online and mostly it comes down to keeping skin hydrated so that it has elasticity to stretch without destroying the skin. I was mixing all of major oils I had read were helpful with healing stretch marks as an at home remedy  - cocoa butter, shea butter, olive oil, rose hip seed oil and jojoba oil and applying daily at night to my affected areas breast, hips and upper thighs. This is really time consuming process so when I got Setavan Strech Mark Cream I was super excited as it listed all the ingredients I needed and some more.

This is huge 4 oz tube and thick and creamy in texture, white color. It has slight fragrance but not overpowering. In addition to all the ingredients I needed it also has mango butter and Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice which helps too in skin regeneration and hydration. I apply this daily morning and night on all my affected areas - beast, hips, thighs. If you are trying to lose weight then trick is to definitely apply this after workout on the muscle area you focused eg butt or arms. The muscles stretch if you lift weights like me and that causes damage to skin but it really is important to tone body. So this stretch marks cream is really handy in my gym bag.
