Review

First of all I was really impressed by packaging of the Digital Meat Thermometer by Alpha Grillers, it came in nice box and thermometer was fit snugly in foam. The thermometer is bright red color and the probe is easy to pull out and put back. It comes with Meat Temperature Chart, Velcro Attachments and Battery. The meat temperature chart is very useful and handy to have in kitchen. I have stuck mine on wall near oven so I can look up whenever I am grilling meat. 

 This thermometer gives instant readings, insert the probe into meat (meaty part and avoid bones) and I get result in few seconds. The hold feature is really cool as it lets me to record the reading so that I can see the reading after removing the probe. Sometimes due to steam or excessive heat I am not able to read correctly so this works great for me.

It automatically powers off when probe is closed and it takes less space in cabinet, sleek design. It gives readings in
Fahrenheit and Celsius whatever you prefer. The LCD display is easy to read and big. On the right had side of casing there is mini meat heat chart which comes really handy while cooking.

It is lightweight to carry out for barbeque party on beach or overnight camping trip. The readings are accurate and makes it easy to ensure meat is cooked properly.
