What is WojoCALM?
I received 5 single-use liquid supplements of WojoCALM to try and I must say I really needed something like this. In today's hectic lifestyle managing work, family and kids it takes toll on us. Sometimes the pressure of meeting work and family demands just drives me crazy, I snap at wrong people and it does hurt me in long run. I do yoga or hut gym to relax and calm myself. I have even taken to hitting punching bag at gym to get all the frustration out lol!! But sometimes I am just so tired to do any kind of physical activity. This is when I found the WojoCALM super useful.
Extremely convenient to use!! Just squeeze 1 vial into any beverage and stir, and I mean any - cold or hot, coffee, soda, milk, smoothie, soda just about anything. I really love it with Silk Almond Coconut blend milk and berries smoothies. I prefer it with cold beverages as it helps me even more to soothe and chill in summer!! My latest favorite is adding this to watermelon juice!

I just love that it is so easy to carry with you on the go, I do not need to carry any big bottle of supplements. I really dislike swallowing pills so this liquid supplement works great for me. However what I like the BEST about the product is it has no added sugar, no artificial sweetener, no artificial color, no artificial flavor. I am really trying to control my sugar intake as in summer I tend to gain a lot of weight and this helps as I can adjust how much sugar I need to add if at all. Usually since I took it with juice/smoothie or milk I did not find any bitterness, no need to add sugar at all. I tend to avoid flavored beverages containing vitamins/nutrients as they have lot of sugar content.
