Easy@Home 3 in 1 Non-contact Infrared Thermometer Review

This is the first time I have tried a Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer and really like using it mostly as it is non invasive, super easy to use and color display mode. The kit contains white color hard case in which you can store the thermometer without worrying about breakage. It comes along with batteries which is really cool so one can start using it right away. They also provide an instruction booklet for any assistance.

The thermometer is not too heavy and easy to lift and use. It has easy to read LCD display and uses below coding system:
Green display (<99.1°F (37.3°C)) indicates normal temperature

Yellow display 99.3°F~100.2°F (37.4°C~37.9°C) indicates low-fever
Red display >100.4°F (38°C) indicates high-fever.

Instructions to take temperature are pretty simple:
1.Clear forehead area of any hair or perspiration.
2.In 'Body' mode (default), aim to the center of the forehead from a distance of 1.2 - 2 inches.
3.Press the scan button and wait a second for the display to show the reading

The only drawback is that you get different readings if you point on different parts of forehead, like center vs temple are different readings. So I stick to taking reading at the center only. If required you can re-calibrate it to get correct setting if not already.

I received this product free in exchange for my honest review. Regardless, I only recommend products that I use personally and believe will be good for my readers. The opinions expressed above are 100% my own.
