I have suffered from thin hair all my life. I received bottle with 90 capsules, yellowish in color. When you open the bottle you will feel strong medicinal kind of scent which for the first time may feel weird but after using them for while it does not bother me anymore. I guess the scent is from the ingredients in the capsule. The capsules are big but easy to swallow and do not leave and bad after taste in mouth. It is directed to take 3 capsules daily with meals.

I have been using these for about more than 2 weeks and am happy with the results. I like that in addition to Biotin it is packed with revitalizing nutrients like Biotin, Saw Palmetto, Apply Polyphenols, BCAAs, Fo-Ti, Zinc and many more. It helps to restore and promote healthy and shiny hair from within which is really beneficial. I love to travel and usually me and hubby go out over weekends for day trip or overnight trip to check out nearby places. Camping and hiking is our favorite activity during summer. I was surprised when received it all folded up in mail but when you unzip and open it up it is quite spacious to hold lot of stuff. It is made of lightweight material so the backpack itself is not too heavy and does not add weight. Weighs only 4.5 oz but can take 18-20 litres of gear or shopping. This feature makes it perfect choice for us for camping,hiking or day trip as we need not carry too heavy items while travelling. 

You can fold it back and toss it in purse or suitcase for 1-2 day travel. When we go out for the day we simply put necessary items like food/snacks, water, maps etc into backpack and leave rest of stuff at home. This makes it easy and convenient for us to have all important items with us while enjoying the local tourist sights or shopping with not too much load. It has two straps made of breathable fabric so you can carry it on back or simply hang off one shoulder. Another plus point is that it is water resistant making it ideal choice while camping or hiking even if it rains.

I am the sort of person who is physically active, love hiking, camping, running, going to gym.
